Look At
Rotate the geometry towards the object along the Z axis.
Settings
Align Mode– Alignment axes
Weight – Weight for each rotate
Invert – invert the rotation.
Position – Position of the direction of view
Secondary Axis – Secondary alignment axis, it can help to fix instances from unnecessary turns.
